* TRICS® seeks views and ideas from organisations within the European Union. Transport practitioners in the United Kingdom are often required to undertake Transport Assessments (TA) to evaluate the potential transport impacts of new developments. A vital part of the TA process is the analysis of existing transport data, which is held in a large database called TRICS®. This is the system that challenges and validates assumptions about the transport impacts of new developments.
