* Enforcement a new method to regulate?
In 2005 two OPTIMUM² members (province of Noord-Holland and Gelderland) started an initiative to develop the Ministerial Regulation to increase companies’ engagement with Mobility Management. They created a method, which regulates enforcement in the field of commuter traffic. Companies should score a certain number of points depending on the measures employed to contribute sufficiently to accessibility of their company.
